Unfortunately, you will have to change your approach. Maybe break them up into different fields… use Workflow tabs to break them up…

Two things to try:
1) Under Piklist > Settings. Make sure “Accelerate meta queries” is NOT checked.

This is normal behavior. The latest version of Piklist fixes this bug.
Having a custom field and a metabox duplicates there input and stops saving.
@oferli– What post type is this for?
@bhushanjawle– add your custom post type is already registered? You can see it the WordPress menu in admin?
