@iconmatrix– This looks like an issue with the Piklist Checker. We’re working on a fix.
@bens– I assume you mean you want to add a custom taxonomy to a custom post type, correct? We do this in the built-in Piklist Demo. This doc will show you how to register a custom taxonomy to a custom post type.

@kattagami– It looks like there’s a bug using NEW and WorkFlow tabs, but I just tested without the Workflow and it worked fine. Are you using WorkFlow tabs?
