I have problem with save custom fields, when I have activated W3 Cache Plugin.
It’s any way to keep in together?

Same problem here -> https://piklist.com/support/topic/piklist-not-save-meta-data-when-deploy-to-server/ (solution doesn’t work for me)

@dami95– Welcome to the Piklist community!

We need a little help reproducing:

      1. Please export your W3 Total Cache settings and email to [email protected]
      2. Let us know which version of Piklist you are using.
      3. Let us know step-by-step instructions to reproduce.

      Thanks!

@dami95— This is not an issue with W3 Total Cache, it’s a bug with Piklist. Multiple file fields are having an issue. We’ll look into getting this fixed.

Yea, so it is a conflict that is caused by piklist? I found that I can only edit my fields when I have w3 Total cache is deactivated.

@dami95– If you disable W3 Total Cache, those three Piklist file fields save?

      Hi Steve,

I think I have identified some things that can help. For me the problem is directly related to Object caching.

If I have Object Cache Enabled (method -Disk), it prevents any saving. I tested this my resting all settings to default. With default settings it saves fine. When I check the Object Cache enabled checkbox it does not. I left all the object cache advanced settings to default.

To be honest I am not really sure exactly what it does, but my Host “A2 hosting” has a plugin that auto-configures w3 total cache plugin for me. I am fine turning off object cache if that is what it takes to use piklist.

Also I am running the most recent release of Piklist 0.9.9.7

@dami95– We are having a hard time reproducing. It looks like the best solution is turning off Object caching.

      Ok, thanks 😉

I have problem to change setting, because there is a problem:
“Execute next commands in a shell: rm […]/wp-content/object-cache.php”
      Do you know why?

Turning off Object Caching in W3 Total Cache fixes this issue for me too. 🙂

      Piklist: 0.9.9.9
      Wordpress: 4.7
