  Is there a way that we can use the frontend form to save custom meta data value created manually in wordpress or by another plugin for example metabox ACF etc ? I mean to say suppose we have created a custom post type, created some custom meta fields for it, using wordpress default custom field section of the post or by another plugin like metabox or ACF.
  
  Now can we use the field id or slug to be used in frontend form that piklist use to save the post ?

  Absolutely! When creating fields with Piklist, make sure name the field the same name as the custom field in your database. Piklist will recognize it.
