  Don’t see it early.
  What for it appear on all of post edit screens? Is it normal? What for?
  If I click it Shortcode window is clean.
  How to switch off it?

  @wpguyfromrussia– Sorry, you’re original post was missed.
  
  That shortcode button is for shortcodes built with Piklist, or really any others you have. Go to piklist > settings to activate any shortcodes you may have.
  
  In the future we will make it easy for you to remove this button if you don’t want it.
