  I am running WP 4.7.2 (2017 theme) without any plugins except Piklist – trying to debug why I can’t lock or set order to metaboxes that I defined for a Page post type.
  
  When looking at the Piklist demos (Layout / Metaboxes) – there is a “Locked Metabox (cannot be draged)” in there that is not locked and I can actually drag it. The Lock, Order and Collapse comment parameters don’t seem to make any effect on that metabox – I can still drag the metabox for example (even though it is set to locked) and the Order parameter does not move metabox to its order place.
  
  Am I missing something?
