There is a Javascript Validation setting within Piklist settings. You can choose whether to turn it on or off to allow forms to use client side validation using the same rules and methods as the built in server side validation.

Can you please help how to use it?

I would like to use http://jquerycreditcardvalidator.com to validate credit cards.
