I’m really wrestling with this one. I’ve cleared the cache and deleted every transient from the options table, but I still go through periods where every meta-box stops reflecting the database upon reload. If I make a bunch of changes to the fields and click “Update”, it reloads in the last state it was in. I have no caching plugins, and I’ve tried using both Chrome and Firefox.

It also seems to happen to only one page at a time. If I switch to another page using Piklist and change some values, it works just fine.

So something somewhere is caching, because values are loading, just not the old ones. Is Piklist caching itself in the options table using non-transients or something?
