      I’m a bit surprised that I can’t seem to find anywhere if there’s a function or some such thing for retrieving taxonomy metadata. Since WP doesn’t natively support this, there’s no get_term_meta/get_taxonomy_meta function.

      Please shed some light on this and consider adding it to the docs!

      As I figured you’d made, I found get_term_meta in class-piklist-taxonomy.php. Please add this to the term metabox page. Helps to know how to retrieve what you’re storing. 🙂
