Is there a tutorial or any help on getting front end forms working eith email sending? I really want to avoid Contact Form 7 plugin – since I really do not need extra form designing plugins and I like the piklist way of adding fileds.

However, I do not know how to send emails (messages, topic, to/cc) the best way with content from piklist front end forms.
