  Hi, we need to create a front end submission form where the admin user can load documents, give a name and description to that document, a status… and so on… then, once the document is loaded a potencial customer should be able to look for those documents and read/download them…. but not modify them….
  
  Is that possible with PIKLIST? How hard would be develop that kind of process?

  YES it’s possible.
  
  How hard would it be? That’s tough to answer not knowing what is required or what your skill level as a programer is.
  
  I’d say dive in and give it a shot, and as you run into questions, post them here for the community to help out with.
