I have already made that fix, which fixed the problem when both the widget.php and widget-form.php are in the widget folder.

The bug that I believe is that the error displays when you only have the widget.php file present inside the widget folder and do not have a widget-form.php file. In the documentation, it says the widget.php file is all that is needed.

not a big deal to me, just thought you would want to have note of the bug.
