Hi, I just downloaded the latest version (0.9.9) of Piklist and installed it, but am getting and error in the process. I am running WordPress 4.3.1 and just standard TwentyFifteen theme. Please see attached file for errors.

@vayu– Welcome to the Piklist Community!

Please delete the following files. WordPres.org SVN didn’t delete them.
      /includes/class-piklist-notices.php
      /includes/class-piklist-pointers.php

Notice the PLURALS in the file names: noticeS and pointerS.
The singular versions should just be there.

Let me know if that fixes your issue.

Thanks, after deleting those 2 files, I can now activate Piklist. However, now it will not finish the Update. It does not finish it just stops. I have even tried to let it run for 10-15 minutes.
      Please see attached file.

@vayu– Sorry you’re having so much trouble. Let’s try to debug this:

      1) Open the update page in Google Chrome
      2) Open inspector and click on the “Network” tab.
      3) Run the upgrade.
      4) Click on the last file to run. You should see an error message. Paste the message or screenshot here.

I attached a screenshot of the inspector screen

      No problem.

I have attached screenshots of it. Hope it helps. The third ajax call has an error.

Try replacing piklist/parts/updates/0.9.9.php with this file.

And then run the update again.

That seems to have fixed it. It ran and finished the update this time around. Thanks for helping! 🙂
