I was running an older Beta version of Piklist (0.9.5v) on WP 4.4.2, with WP Helpers 1.9.6. No problems.

I updated WP to 4.5 and then noticed an update available for WP Helpers. I clicked to update and got the following error:

Fatal error: Class ‘Piklist_Update_1_6_2’ not found in /home/copi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/piklist/includes/class-piklist-admin.php on line 830

So then I updated Piklist to 0.9.9.8 and tried again. Got the same error.

So I deleted WP Helpers, freshly installed a new copy. When I went to activate it, same error. 🙁

The error doesn’t go away; it is there whenever I’m in wp-admin, so I had to manually delete the plugin folder to remove it.

This is a testbed; let me know if you want access.

@mcmaster– This may be a 9.5 issue. If you just install 0.9.9.8 and Helpers is the issue still there? You should also remove any options in wp_options that begin with “pik”
