MAJOR EDIT.
After many trial and error attempts I’ve figured out that if the settings page is attached to ,'sub_menu' => 'profile.php' field labels get duplicated (see the attachment).

EDIT 2. I’ve noticed that in your Demo of settings pages, the page icons and menu icons don’t show up.

EDIT 3. CLARIFICATION NEEDED. In your basic tutorials it says that “admin-pages” folder shouldn’t be used for settings pages. So what should it be used for? I can’t get it. There’s no explanation anywhere and there’s no such folder in your demos.
