I know that the front end form is in beta and I have subscribed for that. But I was wondering whether the new version is live in github and whether I can access it or not?

On the side note, when I registered for this site, my password was mailed to me. It lead me to believe that you are storing password as plain text or you have mechanism to recover my original password.(Why would you change wordpress default mechanism of storing password only to make it less secure!) This is so bad that I can’t express it enough with my words. Why would you do that!??

@sakib– The Piklist beta should be in your inbox.

As for the user password, we are currently using Gravity Form User Registration Add-on, which indeed emails you your password. I checked our db and your password is NOT stored as plain text.

If your email is sent immediately when the password is sent, that just means it’s passing the string momentarily to email content and sends the email before password gets encrypted and stored. Nothing to worry about. 🙂

Hey I signed up for the beta as well. Is it possible to get the file?

      Your assistance is much appreciated.

I know that it’s not nice to beg like that but can i have a beta access to Piklist Fields and Forms? I just have a project where it would be super great to test it out and let you guys know how it worked for me.

@kristjan07– We would be happy to give it to you if it was ready for testing… but it’s not. However, the good news is that Piklist already does everything “Fields and Forms” does… just without a UI.
