When Piklist Version 0.9.1 is activated in WordPress 3.8.1 trying to drag a dashboard widget from the first column into another column (or in any direction for that matter) doesn’t work.

Instead, a div with a “sortable-placeholder” class continues to append to the first column pushing the widget down. This also renders the screen unusable until navigating elsewhere or refreshing.

The following javascript error is thrown from /piklist/parts/js/piklist.js (line 27):
      ReferenceError: switchEditors is not defined

      This has been tested in:
      Chrome Version 32.0.1700.107 m
      Firefox 26.0

When Piklist plugin is deactivated, there’s no problem.
