I’d want to add geo location to posts.

I know there’s this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/geo-mashup/ and geomywp.

However, I hate the thought of managing a plugin on a site per site basis. I’d rather set the same settings in the code (hopefully via piklist) and activate it for an entire multisite network install. Then everyone could add geo location to a post using some standard form and inherit any rules in the plugin.

I figure I’d ask if Piklist has this type of field option or if you have any direction on how to whip one up from scratch?
