Although it looks very nice the way it currently works, I believe the add_more buttons (Add / Remove) should be visible all the time, not only when you hover over the field in question. If you’re using a touch device (mobiles & tablets for instance), it’s difficult to add and remove items. Also, it would give more of a visual clue that extra items can be added.
